Park Sessions: Classes to Promote Healthy Living

Dhaka Flow is hosting Park Sessions, a series of fitness and yoga sessions at Shahabuddin Park.

Dhaka Flow is hosting Park Sessions, a series of fitness and yoga sessions at Shahabuddin Park. "We aspire to come together, and encourage each other to build a healthy body and mind," says Shazia, founder of Dhaka Flow.

The spring breeze and chirping birds will surely make it an environment where one can be mindful. Bring a mat, a bottle of water and yourself, in all your presence.

The sessions will be held from 6 March to 16 March and everyone is welcome to join. There are sessions suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

The activities will be held throughout the day, from 8AM to 8PM and people can drop by whenever they wish to. Check out the schedule on the Dhaka Flow Facebook page.
