Pitt and Aniston become single again

The divorce will become final on October 2, according to court papers.

The documents do not reveal how the stars, who met in 1998, will divide their possessions but do say they have reached an out-of-court agreement. Aniston, 36, filed for divorce in March, citing irreconcilable differences; 11 weeks after the couple announced their separation.

The former Friends star later told Vanity Fair magazine she still loved Pitt but was getting on with her life. "The sad thing, for me, is the way it's been reduced to a Hollywood cliche - or maybe it's just a human cliche," she said.
