Sabbir Chowdhury leaves for Rotterdam Film Festival

Sabbir Chowdhury is an eminent film society activist and is the General Secretary of Zahir Raihan Film Society, the country's leading film club. He has been associated with the film society movement for over two decades. The positions held by him are the Secretary General and the Vice President of Bangladesh Federation of Film Societies (BFFS).

Sabbir Chowdhury has attended film festivals in Germany, Italy and the U.K. He writes on films regularly. He is the Treasurer of International Film Critics Association of Bangladesh (IFCAB). He is also a member of the International Film Critics Federation (FIPRESCI).
