The Shang artistes are general farmers, but their art has a unique quality and deserves a place in the history of drama. The playwright has delivered effective messages such as the Shang's deep connection with their art and instruments. In this play we also see a common feature of the feudal lords who try to restrict the art, using their evil power. Faiz Zahir designs the set and Thandu Raihan is the light designer. Mamunur Rashid, AKM Hasan, Chanchal Choudhury, Shamim Zaman and others perform in the play.
