Seminar on Ramadan meal planning organised by ANDSS

The Association of Nutritionists and Dietitians for Social Service (ANDSS) organised a seminar on "Experts' Opinions on Ramadan Meal Planning" on 28 February (Friday), from 10 AM to 12:30 PM. The seminar was held at Garlic & Ginger Restaurant, Dhanmondi.

The event commenced with an inaugural speech by Tamanna Chowdhury, the General Secretary of ANDSS. The seminar was attended by eminent senior nutritionists as special guests. Discussions focused on Ramadan meal planning and nutrition awareness, emphasising the importance of a balanced Suhoor and Iftar for maintaining health while fasting. Additionally, the seminar highlighted the proper cooking methods to ensure nutritional value is preserved.

The event concluded with a closing speech by Shamsunnahar Mohua, the President of ANDSS.
