Ustad Azizul Islam gives a performance

His rendition began with the Ragesri, an evening raga that continued for 45 minutes. In response to the encore of the audience, he played raga hambeer, malkosh and sindhura.

As the last piece for the evening, Captain Islam played bhatiali dhun.

Pandit Samar Saha on the tabla and M Jahangir on the tanpura accompanied the flautist.
