Special TV programmes on Nazrul anniversary

Highlights of the TV shows:

ATN Bangla
Neel Kobutorer Gaan: The musical programme will be aired at 9:20am. The show features Dr Karunamaya Goswami, Khaled Khan, Dr Nashid Kamal, Khil Khil Kazi and others.

Churulia Theke Trishal: A documentary programme directed by Mustafa Jabbar will be aired at 5:10pm.

Durgomgiri: Programme featuring Nazrul songs performed by Shakila Zafar, Kanak Chanpa and Kairul Anam Shakil will be aired at 8:00pm

Rajbondir Chithi: TV play featuring Litu Anam, Eshita, Mahmud Sajjad and Naznin Chumki will be aired at 8:45pm. Kazi Abu Zafar Siddiqui has developed the script of the play directed by Sheikh Runa.

GrameenPhone Tritiomatra: A special episode of the popular talk show at 9:45am will feature discussion on Kazi Nazrul Islam. The programme will be hosted by Faridur Reza Sagor, managing director of Impress Telefilms Ltd.

Nazrul Mela: Live telecast of 'Nazrul Mela' from Channel-i's Tajgaon office will be aired from 11:00am to 5:00pm and will feature Nazrul songs, recitation, discussion and display of books.

Apurup Shey Duronto: At 7:50pm a TV play based on Nazrul's poetry will be aired. Litu Anam and Monalisa play the central roles in the play directed by Gitali Hassan.

Phuler Jolshaye Kobi: A musical programme featuring songs by Nazrul artiste Ferdous Ara will be aired at 9:35pm. Nazrul exponents Shudhin Das and Dr Rafiqul Islam will discuss different aspects of the songs performed by the artiste.

Anjoli Loho Mor: At documentary programme focusing on Nazrul's life and work will be aired at 1:05pm. The documentary is directed by Sajjad Zahir.

Leto Gaan-e Nazrul: A special programme focusing on leto gaan will be aired at 3:15pm. The programme will feature performances by artistes of Udichi Shilpi Gosthi.

Nazruler Chithi: A programme on letters written by Kazi Nazrul Islam will be aired at 12:25am.
