Three-day cultural programme by Udichi's UK unit

Artiste of Udichi, UK perform Tagore's Shyama

The cultural event featured discussion, recitation, rendition of classical music, dance, exhibition of books, staging of Tagore's dance drama Shyama and others. Along with the activists of the organisation, guest artistes also performed at the programme.

At the inaugural, participants paid rich tributes to the late poet Shamsur Rahman. Professor Zillur Rahman Siddiqui was the chief guest while Golam Mostafa, president of Udichi Shilpi Goshthi, UK Unit, chaired the programme.

The get together for Bangla-deshi expats pulled in a huge crowd.
