Zahir Raihan Film Society screens best films of 2002
Zahir Raihan Film Society will screen a selection of nine best films of 2002 from nine different countries, says a press release. These films will be screened at the Goethe Institut, Dhaka, House No 10, Road No. 9, Dhanmondi R/A as per following schedule.
24 August, Sunday3:00 PM "Bend It Like Beckham" by Gurinder Chadha (UK),5:00 PM "The Crime of Padre Amaro" by Carlos Carrera (Mexico),7:15 PM "Son of the Bride" by Juan Jose Campanella (Argentina).
25 August, Monday2:30 PM "Bread and Tulips" by Silvio Soldini (Italy), 4:45 PM "Frida" by Julie Taymor (USA),7:00 PM "The Experiment" by Oliver Hirschbiegel (Germany).
