I don't have it in me
I'm a fire that can't ignite
I'm a torch that doesn't ignite the light

I don't have it in me

I'm a fire that can't ignite

I'm a torch that doesn't ignite the light

I'm a hopeless bird without a flight

I can't tell the difference between

A thorn and a rose

I'm stuck somewhere in between

Poetry and prose

I'm not good enough

It is not meant for me

I'm a road that leads to nowhere

I'm a songbird without a tune

Like a church without a choir

Like a tower without a door

Like a voice waiting to be heard

I'm a kiss that turned into a sigh
