176 cellphone sets seized
Customs officials seized 176 mobile phone sets worth about Tk 13 lakh from an incoming passenger at Chittagong Shah Amanat International Airport yesterday.
The passenger, Salah Uddin, who arrived from Dubai by a Biman flight at 12:30am, was also detained for interrogation.
He brought the mobile phone sets without any declaration and tried to get out of the airport through green channel, sources said.
