18 vehicles fined for emitting black smoke
A mobile court at city's Manik Mia Avenue yesterday found 18 diesel run motor vehicles guilty of emitting black smokes.
The court checked a total 20 vehicles during the drive.
Cases have been lodged against the owners of the vehicles by the court which also confiscated five motor cars and handed those over to the police.
