Barisal Speedy Trial Tribunal on Thursday framed charges against all the accused but one in Workers' Party leader Babu Lal Shil murder case.
No charges were framed against accused Kawsar Hossain, a JCD leader. He was one of the 20 accused in the murder case filed by Tapash Kumar Shil, brother of the victim.
Babu Lal, president of Uzirpur Workers' Party, was shot dead on the night of July 16, 2004 near his residence adjacent to the local bazaar.

Police submitted chargesheet against all the 20 accused on October 24, 2004. Of them, Selim Sharif, Razzak, Sohel Sikder and Shipon Molla were arrested.
