4 kidnapped teenagers rescued
Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) yesterday rescued four abducted teenagers including two girls and captured two abductors from city's Sayedabad bus terminal.
On information, personnel of Rab-10 rushed to Sayedabad in the early morning yesterday and arrested Mitali Paribahan driver Biplob, 28 and supervisor Salim, 30, who kidnapped Sonia Akhtar, 15, Tania Akhtar, 15, Jewel Rana, 17 and Sabuj Ahmed Mahbub, 19, all from Munshiganj district.
Abductors confined the four teenagers on a bus of Mitali Paribahan when they were returning from Sylhet after a tour and demanded TK two lakh as ransom from their parents.
