50 injured in clash over submission of tender in Pabna
More than 50 people were injured in a clash between rival groups over submission of tender for buying copper wire from the Baghabari Power Plant yesterday.
The clash took place at 5:00pm between supporters of Abul Sarkar and Kalu Molla who freely used sharp weapons against each other.
Seventeen of the injured in both sides admitted to Bera Hospital are Aynal, Sohrab, Jalal, Wares, Asad, Kuddus, Mamoon, Barkat, Jahangir, Swapan, Babul, Muzam, Tikka, Korban, Titas and Rezaul. Others were taken to Shahjadpur hospital and different clinics.
