500 gm cocaine recovered, one held in Bogra
Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) members arrested one person with 500 gm of cocaine worth about Tk 50 lakh at Puranapoul area in Panchbibi, Joypurhat, on Thursday.
Acting on a tip-off, a Rab-5 team arrested Asadul Islam, son of Nazrul Islam, from a furniture shop. Later, he gave a confessional statement leading the recovery of the cocaine, Rab officials at Bogra said.
