AL leader dies at Tangail rally
Rafiquzzaman, a senior member of California unit of Awami League, died of a cardiac arrest during a party workers' rally at his home village in Tangail on Sunday.
Awami League president Sheikh Hasina has expressed her deep shock and profound grief at his death.
In a condolence message yesterday, she prayed for the salvation of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family members.
