AL leader Sattar Bhuiyan passes away

Sattar, also a social worker, left behind his mother, wife, three daughters, one son and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.

He was a former commissioner of 48 Ward of Dhaka City Corporation.

His body was taken to the party central office at 3:30pm where leaders and activists of AL and its front organisations paid their last respects to the late politician.

AL President Sheikh Hasina, in a condolence message, expressed deep shock at his death.
