Appeal for help

Manjurul Haq, a student of class V, had two 'holes' in his heart. Prof Dr Asit Baran Adhikary and his team performed a successful operation on the boy on September 21.

The treatment involves Tk 1.80 lakh, which his father, a day-labourer, could not afford.

He has appealed to the generous people to extend a helping hand.
