Asiatic Society invites entries for gold medal awards
The Asiatic Society of Bangladesh invites entries for The National Professor Atwar Hossain Gold Medal 2006 to women researchers for scholarly work in humanities or social science with special reference to Asian studies published within the period from January 2003 to December 2005, says a press release.
The Asiatic Society also invites entries for The Shaheed Colonel Jamil Ahmed Memorial Gold Medal 2006 in the form of books, articles or monographs on defence and security related issues, civil-military relationship, role of defence services in disaster management and peacekeeping published within the period form 2002 to 2005.
