Attack on BTTB union leader protested
Several hundred people of Wireless Colony of city's Maghbazar area yesterday brought out a procession and held a rally protesting attack on the Bangladesh Telejogajog Sramik Karmochari Union President Md Firoz Mia.
Addressing the rally held inside the T&T colony, the leaders demanded immediate arrest and exemplary punishment of the criminals who attacked Firoz on Wednesday on his way to Telephone Bhaban at Eskaton along with his driver.
The leaders also condemned the government as they failed to arrest the criminals after three days of the incidents.
