Attack on Gen Shafiullah protested
They said the attack on Shafiullah is tantamount to attack on all retired army officials. "We must resist it if there is a repeat of attack on ex-military officials," said Brig. Gen. (Retd.) Subed Ali Bhuiyan.
The government should make apologies for the attack on General KM Shafiullah, who was a sector commander during the liberation war and a lawmaker, they said at a press conference at the National Press Club.

(Retd) Helal, Group Captain (Retd.) Mansur, Brig. Gen. (Retd) Sadek, Brig. Gen. (Retd) Mahbub, and Major (Retd.) Iqbal were also present at the press conference.
