Bangladesh-born US citizen made attorney
Nazmul Alam, the first Bangladesh-born US citizen, who has been working here for a long time as an expert on immigration and civil and criminal affairs, has been appointed an attorney of the US Supreme Court in Washington DC recently.
Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court John Roberts administered the oath to Nazmul.
Prior to his joining as the attorney, he had been serving as an advisor of the immigration affairs of the mayoral office in New York for the last seven years.
