BDR-BSF flag meeting held
Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) and the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) held a flag meeting over July 6 gunfight at zero point at Bhatshala bordering village in Sadar upazila yesterday.
On July 6, the two sides traded a hail of gunshots at Komorpur and Bhatshala border points under Debhata upazila of Satkhira district.
BDR Bhatshala Company Subedar Motaleb and BSF Inspector Laxman led their respective teams at the flag meeting. Both the sides agreed to exercise restraint.
