BDR pushes back 8 Indians
Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) personnel pushed back eight Hindi-speaking Indian Muslims who were pushed into Bangladesh territory by Indian Border Security Force (BSF) through Pathordubi border under Bhurungamari upazila early Sunday.
Narrating their woes in Hindi, two of the victims--Abul Kashem, 60, and her daughter Rehena, 24--told newsmen that police picked up them along with 50 others from a slum in Delhi on May 23.
After keeping at different places for nine days, they were brought to Shahebganj camp of the BSF from where eight of them were forcibly pushed into Bangladesh territory.
