BNP grand rally in Ctg Dec 29

In her address the prime minister is expected to highlight the achievements by her government during the last four years of her rule.

In addition to different development works in Chittagong, she is expected to spell out specific deadline for construction of the much-waited third bridge over the river Karnaphuli, party sources said yesterday.

Senior leaders of city BNP held a preparatory meeting at its Nasimon Bhaban office yesterday to make the rally a success.

Foreign Minister M Morshed Khan, Fisheries Minister Abdullah Al Noman, Whip Sayed Wahidul Alam and former commerce minister Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury were present at the meeting.
