BNP MP's son confines sub-registrar to office for extortion
Son of a ruling party lawmaker confined a sub-registrar (SR) to his office in Bajitpur upazila in the district on Tuesday for toll.
"Though I was confined to my office for two hours, I could not file any case with Bajitpur Police Station in fear of BNP lawmaker Mujibur Rahman Manju," said Abdul Motalib.
He however informed District Registrar of the incident.

At one point Sumon confined the SR to his office from where he was rescued by deed writers.
