Bodies of 8 Bangladeshis lying in Saudi mortuary for 3 months
The bodies of eight expatriate Bangladeshis have been lying in a mortuary in Saudi Arabia for the last three months as Bangladesh's national carrier Biman Bangladesh Airlines is lingering to carry those home, according to a fax message received from the Kingdom.
The eight expatriates had died in a road accident in April this year. The dead are: Azgar Hossain, Abdul Halim, Abul Bashar, Abul Kashem, Mofizur Rahman, Abdur Rashid Abbas Mian and Robu.
The Bangladeshi business community sources alleged that the bodies could not be sent home due to non-cooperation by the national carrier Biman even though all formalities in the Kingdom have already been completed.

The president of Saudi Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce Enayet Karim has sought intervention by the civil aviation minister in this matter.
