Body of abducted Gazipur trader exhumed
The body of a businessman of Gazipur was exhumed from a grave at Sonargoan in Narayanganj yesterday 38 days after his abduction.
The dead was identified as Mohsin Alam ,37. He was abducted on May 17 from Mohammadpur in the city.
Some unknown miscreants had been demanding Tk 10 lakh over cellphone since his abduction as ransom for his release, family members said.

Latif said " One Mursheda Begum, an acquaintance of Mohsin, helped the abductors to carry out the plan. The culprits killed my son though I paid them Tk 3 lakh on May 22 through a parcel to an address given by the kidnappers," he said.
Acting on information of Mursheda arrested on May 24, Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) identified Mohsin's grave at Hariya in Sonargaon on Saturday.
