Caac workshop on translation begins Jan 26
A workshop on the art of translation organised by Centre for Asian Arts and Cultures (Caac) begins in the city on January 26 Friday, says a press release.
The aim of the workshop is to create a pool of expert translators, who can render literary and scientific works of other languages in Bangla and vice versa.
Prominent scholar Dr Salimullah Khan will conduct the workshop. Those who successfully complete the first phase of the course will qualify for the second phase.

The classes will be held at the Caac office at 62 Science Laboratory, Dhanmondi in the city.
