Cabinet okays Hajj policy

The approval was given at the regular meeting of the cabinet held at the Prime Minister's Office with Prime Minister Khaleda Zia in the chair, an official handout said.

The meeting also okayed the draft of the Bangladesh Fish and Animal Feed Law, 2006 aimed at formulating necessary laws regarding production, processing, quality control, export and import, marketing and distribution of fish and livestock feed.

The meeting endorsed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between Bangladesh Agriculture Research Council (BARC) and Pakistan Agriculture Research Council (PARC) for promotion of mutual cooperation in the field of agriculture.
