Canadian architect Safdie arrives tomorrow
Internationally acclaimed Canadian architect Moshe Safdie will tarvel to Bangladesh for a two-day visit beginning tomorrow at the invitation of the Asian University for Women Support Foundation.
Safdie came into limelight when he designed an award-winning Habitat for the Montreal Fair at the age of just 26.
Before establishing his own practice and going on to join the faculty of the Harvard School of Design, Safdie worked as an associate of Louis I Kahn, architect of Bangladesh's National Parliament.
