Charges framed against Sunny, five others

Judge Mohammad Shamsul Alam Khan of the First Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court framed charges in presence of Sunny and three others. Two others have been absconding since the incident.

The cases were filed with Khilkhet and Airport Police stations in connection with serial bomb blasts across the country on August 17 last year.

The accused are Sunny, Abdur Rahman Masud, Nurul Islam alias Uzzal, Habibur Rahman, Abdullah Al Sohail and Musa alias Mintu. Of them, Sunny, Uzzal, Masud and Abdullah, standing in the dock, pleaded not guilty after the court read out the charges to them.
