City Jubo Dal activist stabbed by muggers
An activist of Jubo Dal was stabbed by a gang of muggers in the city yesterday.
Humayun Kabir was attacked by three muggers at around 9:00am when he was going home in a CNG-run three-wheeler.
The criminals stopped the vehicle forcefully at Maghbazar rail gate and got into the CNG.

On hearing his wail locals rushed to the spot and managed to capture the gang.
They beat the muggers severely.
Later police came to the scene and saved the muggers from mob beating.
Kawsar, one of the muggers, was admitted to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital in critical condition.
In last three days two other muggers were lynched by angry mob at Rampura and Motijheel area.
