CPB leader Selim suffers cardiac arrest
General Secretary of Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB) Mujahidul Islam Selim was admitted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) after he suffered a cardiac arrest yesterday.
Selim felt pain in his chest around 12:30pm at the party office in Paltan and he was rushed to the hospital immediately, says a press release.
He was receiving treatment at the Coronary Care Unite (CCU) of the hospital under the care of Dr Sajal Banarjee.
