Death anniversary of Samad Azad today

To mark the day, Awami League will hold a milad mahfil at its central office after Asr prayers.

Distribution of food among the destitute and a milad mahfil have also been arranged at his village home at Sunamganj after Zohr prayers.

Besides, another milad mahfil will be held at his Dhanmondi residence in Dhaka after Asr prayers on Friday.

AL General Secretary Abdul Jalil urged party leaders and activists to observe the death anniversary of Samad Azad with due respect, said a press release.
