Death of Prof Akteruzzaman condoled
Two organisations yesterday condoled the death of Prof Akteruzzaman, head of the Department of Forensic Medicine of Dhaka Medical College, says a press release.
Expressing condolence, members of Azimpur Estate Bohumukhi Samabaya Samity in a statement prayed for salvation of the departed soul and also conveyed sympathy to the family members of Prof Akteruzzaman, also President of the Somity.
They also demanded of the government to take legal action after proper investigation into the accident.

Prof Akteruzzaman succumbed to his injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital after receiving severe injuries when a jeep hit his motorbike near Eden College on June 16 and dragged him 15 yards away.
