'Ensure transparency in admin for successful project implementation'

Skilful management and awareness among people are the prerequisites for the smooth functioning of administration, they said.

The workshop on 'Administration and accounting' of the project, Urban-Based Women Development (3rd phase), was held at the Jatiya Mohila Sangstha auditorium.

Addressing as the chief guest, Mohila Sangstha Executive Director Mushfeka Ikfat said, "Administration is such a system where poor performance affect the entire atmosphere of an organisation."

Mohila Sangstha Additional Executive Director Farida Parvin and Project Director Moshiur Rahman also spoke.

Mohila Sangstha chairpersons and trainers from different districts, including Jessore, Jhenidah, Mymensingh, Comilla, Dinajpur, Sylhet, Tangail, Manikganj, Rajshahi and Barisal, took part in the workshop.
