Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Matiur Rahman Nizami yesterday said the four advisers to the caretaker government who have resigned have failed to perform their duties neutrally, says a party press release.

Supporting the decision of the president/ chief adviser to deploy army, Nizami said, "The president/ chief adviser was forced to take the decision due to sick politics of the 14-party alliance."

He was addressing a meeting of a private university unit of Islami Chhatra Shibir at Al-Falah Auditorium at Maghbazar in the city.
