Govt aware of journos safety, security
Minister tells JS
Information Minister M Shamsul Islam yesterday told the Jatiya Sangsad that the government is well-aware and careful about the safety and security of the journalist community.
ÂThe Ministry of Information, if informed, will take appropriate and necessary measures for safety and security of journalists on professional duty, he said while replying to a question from BNP lawmaker MA Hashem (Noakhali-2).
