Govt making allout efforts to ensure quality edn

"As a result now all public examinations are being held in a copying free atmosphere," the law minister said this while addressing a gathering at Baldatta High School ground in the district.

Referring to the government efforts to spread quality education, Moudud Ahmed said the government led by Prime Minister Khaleda Zia created free schooling opportunities for the girls up to class-X.

"If the BNP-led alliance again comes to power, there will be no tuition fees for the girls up to degree level," he declared the government's future plan.

About government's efforts to nourish latent talents of the new generation, the law minister said the government is one step forward in this respect sensing competition in the world.

"It is the BNP government that always patronises and evaluates talented persons of society," he said and advised the students to devote themselves in studies.

Mahbubul Alam Dulal presided over the function addressed by Madhu Sudhan Nath, Sanjida Mahbub and ATM Shamsul Haque.

Later, the minister handed over Alif-Moudud Foundation awards to 40 meritorious students of various schools, who got GPA-5 in the SSC examinations.
