Hawkers' samity executives

The election was held at the annual general meeting of the samity at its head office in the city, with its President Mostofa Kamal in the chair.

Nur Nabi khan was elected vice-president while Abul Kashem, Yusuf Hossain, Tofail Ahmed, Imam Hossain, Abdur Rashid, Akhter Hossain, Sheikh Ahmed, Abul Hossain Khan and Shamsul Alam were elected members.
