HC grants bail to 6 Sariakandi AL activists
Six Awami League (AL) leaders and activists of Sariakandi upazila got anticipatory bail from the High Court on Sunday in an alleged charge of bomb blasts at the villages of Chandina and Nawarpara.
A HC bench comprising Justice Abdur Rashid and Justice AKM Fazle Kabir granted the bail prayers for Sariakandi Sadar union AL general secretary Jahanul Islam and Jubo League President Rezaul Karim Thandu along with four others.
