Heat-insulator to hit market soon
Japan-Bangladesh (JB) Group, a joint venture company in the country, is going to market a new Japanese product heat-insulator, an alternative of air-cooler, in Bangladesh, India and Nepal by October this year.
JB Group Chairman Selim Pradhan disclosed this at a press conference in the city yesterday. He said that the insulator can be used as ceiling of any tin-shed or brick made building. The product is cheaper than any other temperature controlling system including air-cooler and has a long life.
The insulator will protect room in a house or factory building, whether it is made of tin or bricks, from extreme cool and hot.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. He said the insulator can keep the rooms temperature normal against any temperature in between minus 60 degree Celsius to 180 degree Celsius outside the room.
Yoshito Igarashii, Takayuki and Kiyoharu Ito of Japan were also present at the press conference.
