Housewife donates Tk 10 lakh to cancer hospital

She handed over the cheque to Kazi Rafiqul Alam, presidnet of Dhaka Ahsania Mission (Dam) at its head office in Dhanmondi in presence of her husband Dr QASM Neyamatullah and other officials of Dam.

As per the Donor Recognition Plan of Dam, Suraiya Begum will be enlisted as one of the sponsors of the hospital.

Thanking Suraiya, Rafiqul Alam reiterated that all donations to AMCH are tax-free and called upon the benevolent and well off people of the country to come forward to help construct a 500-bed world-class cancer hospital in Dhaka.
