Housewife killed for dowry, husband arrested
A housewife was killed allegedly by her husband at Chardheki village under Pakundia upazila of the district on Thursday night, police and local sources said.
The victim was identified as Runa Begum, 20, wife of Ripan Miah, 25.
The sources said Runa Begum was stabbed to death by Ripan for dowry.
