Journo Aflatun passes away
He left behind his wife, two sons, three daughters and host of relatives and friends to mourn his death. Aflatun worked in the Daily Janakantha as an editorial assistance.
His namaz-e-janaza will be held at Amtola Mosque in Shajahanpur at 8:00am today. Later, his body will be taken to National Press Club where another janaza will be held at 10:00am. He will be buried at the Mirpur Intellectuals' Graveyard.

BSS adds: Outgoing BFUJ President Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury and its newly elected President Manjurul Ahsan Bulbul and Secretary General Abdul Jalil Bhuyian, President of Dhaka Union of Journalists (DUJ) Altaf Mahmud and General Secretary Omar Faruk expressed their deep shock at the death of Aflatun.
