Journo Goutam cremated
Goutam Das, Faridpur bureau chief of the Samakal, who was strangled by unknown assailants on Thursday, was cremated at his village Chandi Dashi under Bhanga upazila yesterday.
Goutam Das, 30, was strangled at his office in Faridpur town.
Earlier, his body was kept in the mortuary of local diabetic hospital.
