Journo Sheikh Rakib hopitalised
Sheikh Rakibudding, senior journalist and diplomatic correspondent of the daily Independent, was admitted to the Birdem hospital in the city due to diabetic complications yesterday, says a press release.
He has been suffering from various diseases for a long time. A month ago he was admitted to the National Institute of Heart Diseases for a week and then he was taking rest at his house.
Rakibuddin, also vice president of the Association of Diplomatic Correspondents, sought blessing and doa of all for his recovery.
