Khoka orders construction of foot overbridge near Press Club
Mayor Sadeque Hossain Khoka yesterday asked the officials concerned of Dhaka City Corporation to construct a foot overbridge at the eastern corner of Jatiya Press Club (JPC) immediately.
The mayoral directive came when a JPC delegation led by its President Reazuddin Ahmed and General Secretary Shawkat Mahmud briefed the mayor about the difficulties being faced by the people as well as the members of the club while they cross the busy road in the absence of a foot overbridge, club sources said.
